What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?
Check whether any remaining issue would need separate handling. Check whether the proposal changes an existing agreed order detail.
How can I keep a support request clear when several people respond?
Point out conflicting instructions politely and request clarification. Distinguish a suggestion from an action you have already approved.
What should I clarify if I need to communicate with a seller in another language?
Ask whether important product questions can be answered in a language you understand. Check that a translation preserves exclusions and conditions as well as benefits.
