Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
We issue a refund for any payments made within 7 days.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a full refund. Purchased listing packages are subscription based and can be upgraded or downgraded. If downgraded, we will issue you a refund of the difference in price.
Refunds
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges & Upgrades
All packages are easily upgradable and can be downgraded, giving you full flexibility on your listings. We are unable to issue a refund of the difference if you downgrade your listing package before the end of the calendar month. All refunds in difference will be calculated on a monthly basis.
